About Us
We are the New England chapter of ASDP, a national organization established to support professionals in sewing and design related businesses. We are a creative group comprised of custom clothiers, alteration specialists, costumers, educators, authors, patternmakers, image consultants, retailers, and artists in wearables. Our specialties include bridal and eveningwear, tailoring, costuming, historical reproductions, garment restyling, activewear, accessories, couture techniques, and more.
Our members provide their clients with custom designs, fabric expertise, exceptional service, quality craftsmanship, and personalized fit. Our chapter provides our members with networking and referrals, leading edge technical education, business training for profitability, professional image development, internet exposure, professional discounts, and ... immeasurable camaraderie.
